Your body's knowing

Millions of years of evolution are gifted as your body. It is sensitive and intelligent.

Right now, you are breathing and your heart is beating without conscious control. Millions of small processes are happening. There are even other species such as bacteria in your stomach that are helping to support your digestion. An inner know-how takes place without conscious effort. It's amazing.

You can relax, with a sense of trusting and allowing these processes.

Close your eyes, if it helps. Let go of cognitive control. Let your thoughts melt into your body. 

Trust your body.

(pause here for a few minutes and trust)

Even small discomforts or pain are communication from your body. Welcome tiny micro-adjusments of your posture and the natural cycle of breathing.

Simply listen from within your body.

(pause)

Have a sense of awe that this sensitive organism is happening and taking care of itself. 

Have a sense of thankfulness that this body has developed.

Even as you close this meditation, you can continue with a sense of trust in your body's knowing. This can bring an overall sense of trust in the mossrock field's material flows.

Listen to what the body knows, as much as you can.

This is getting to know the mossrock field. Your body is a "fold" of this field. It's not "in" the field; it is the mossrock field.
